Branded Merch & Apparel
Your members should be proud to be part of your club. They should wear the crest with pride — on your course, at an away day, and in the pub afterwards.
The problem
Your brand is what people say about you behind your back. It is the feeling someone gets walking through the door, what they think standing on the first tee, what they see when they walk into the bar, how easy your website is to use — and what your members choose to put on in the morning.
Imagine your members wearing your kit because they want to, not because it was the only thing in the pro shop. That is a club with a brand.
Get started nowThe test is simple: would a member wear it to the supermarket? If yes, you have built something. If no, you have printed a logo on a polo.
We work with the fabrics and cuts people already like — quarter-zip mid-layers, technical polos, waterproof shells, beanies for the winter league — and put the crest on them with restraint. It is not always sunshine in the UK, so we make sure the crest is visible in January as well as July.
Think about everything your members and guests carry around, all of it quietly advertising your club: tees, ball markers, pitchmark repairers, balls, towels, headcovers, bag tags, yardage books.
The small items are where margin and memorability live. A £4 ball marker with a good design gets given away, shown off and asked about far more than a £70 polo.
Most club merch fails at the last step: 40 boxes arrive, get stacked behind the counter, and sell out of the first two sizes while the rest gathers dust.
We plan the drop like a brand would — teaser photos, a member pre-order window, a launch day in the pro shop, and a size curve based on your actual membership rather than a guess.
The process
Sound good? Then click the button below and let's have a chat.
Get started nowWe look at how your crest works in thread, on dark fabric, at 8mm on a cap. Sometimes it needs a small embroidery-friendly variant.
We pick the pieces for your climate, your membership profile and your price points — usually six to ten SKUs, not thirty.
Physical samples before you commit a penny to bulk. Members on the committee get to handle the fabric and give a verdict.
We manage the supplier, the size curve, quality control and lead times. Typically six to eight weeks from sign-off.
Photography, a pre-order window, a launch day and the social content to go with it — so it sells rather than sits.
What's included
No hidden extras and no "that's outside scope" three weeks in. If it is on this list, it is in the price we quote you.
Pricing
Indicative prices so you can budget. Everything is quoted properly after the free strategy call — because a nine-hole club and a 36-hole resort are different jobs.
Prices exclude VAT. Ad spend, where applicable, is billed separately and always stays in your own account.
FAQs
The questions clubs ask us most about this service.
It depends on the piece. Embroidered polos and mid-layers usually start around 25 units per style, caps around 50, and small accessories like ball markers and tees from 250. We plan the range so the minimums land where your members actually spend.
Six to eight weeks from artwork sign-off for most apparel, plus a week or two for samples before that. Start a spring range in January, not April.
Usually yes, and that is normally the right call — the margin stays with the club. If cash flow is tight we can run a member pre-order first so a good chunk is sold before you pay the supplier.
Yes. We work to Pantone references and match thread colours to them. Where a colour is impossible in a particular fabric, we will tell you before sampling rather than after delivery.
Quarter-zip mid-layers, beanies and headcovers, every time. Mid-layers because British golf is cold for eight months, headcovers because they are seen by everyone in the fourball.
